Graphic designer by background, MA in sustainability studies, teacher in visual communication and design researcher on consumer behaviour and novel foods.
I have been teaching visual communication several years at NTNU Norway, where the course size has been growing steadily from 160 to over 1000 students. Besides teaching visual communication, I have been doing research on marketing of novel foods, especially edible insects and sustainability.
My passion is in analysing visual and textual communication, and infographics.
And when I am not working, I find joy in nature - hiking, skiing, snowboarding, cycling, and spending time with my daughter.
