Graphic designer by background, teacher in visual communication and design researcher on visual on consumer behaviour and marketing of novel foods.
I have been teaching visual communication several years online at NTNU Norway, where the course size has been growing steadily from 160 to over 1000 students. Besides teaching visual communication, I have been doing research on visual communication and marketing of novel foods, especially edible insects.
My passion is in analysing visual and textual communication, and infographics. I enjoy giving individual feedback to students and to see their development in visual thinking.
And when I am not working, I find joy in nature and spending time with my daughter.
